Main spindle various speed transmission function

Main Shaft & tool rack
The main spindle is made by special steel which heat treated by carbon penetrated and ground precisely. This machine be installed five sets tools and fine adjusted screws making workpiece up to high accuracy. Sliding table adopts high grade ductile cast iron and sliding surface be heat treated by high frequency & grinded precisely aiso.
Two shaft device
The installation adopts magnetic clutch, driving tapping main shaft, using gyration difference of the main shaft for same direction and high speed gyration to make tap processing, two shaft can be shaked and exchanged working, reams, drills deophole taps the teeth inside & outside and can be completed simultaneously.
Cam & cam shaft
The cam shaft is a middle belt pulley and transmitted by main motor which rotated in clockwise, the rotation speed can be divided into 15 steps, the plate cam be used for workpiece in longitudinal turn cutting and bell cam be used in cross and surface processing, the cam set be supported by two sets central bearing, easy assembly & disassembly.
